| Q) What is the weather like? |
| A) Gold Beach is a coastal town on the Pacific
Ocean. The weather here is never extreme in either
direction. In the winter it might freeze a time or two, and in the
summer it might get into the 90's a time or two. Our average
rainfall is around 70"/year, mostly in the winter. Overall,
Gold Beach is a very nice place. |

| Q) How is the fishing? |
| A) The
Ocean or Elk or Sixes or Rogue Rivers? - It is Excellent! We just had a
71 pound Salmon caught with fly tackle last season! |

| Q) Does the house have everything that I will need: |
| A) Our homes are turnkey except foodstuffs (and
that can be arranged). From the moment that you walk in the door
you will find that almost all of your needs will have been anticipated.
