WINTER SPRINGS RANCH PHILOSOPHY
As our guest you are meant to feel a long way from
the city, wrapped in privacy and enjoying a well
deserved vacation. You can take your own
personalized tour to see and photograph the wildlife
and/or hike and bike on 15 miles of private trails and
roads. Pick blackberries and wild edible
mushrooms, fish for rainbow trout in our
catch-and-release pond, picnic and barbecue at the
Corral Meadow, relax in the hot tub, and in the evening
luxuriate in the comfort of the crackling fire.
In 1989 Lidia and Stephen Donnelly acquired the
Winter Springs Ranch from the Miller family, who had
settled the land in 1854. It is now a haven of
tranquility for people and animals alike.
Roosevelt elk, black bear, great blue herons, black tail
deer, osprey, bobcat, bald and golden eagles, are just
some of the animals you may encounter here. The
wildlife is protected, cherished and enjoyed.
The
land is preserved, reforested and cared for.
People come here to restore their spirits and to
experience serenity and solitude that both inspires and
rejuvenates. The ranch is private by design,
encompassing the splendor of pristine wilderness while
presenting all the luxurious comforts
