We are pleased to present excerpts
from our Vacation Rental Guest Books...
This is exactly what we needed.
We were tempted not to even leave the ranch, since the
hikes here were so enjoyable. In fact, it was hard
to leave the house...the martins, swallows, bluebirds,
quail, and finches put on such a good show. You've
done a great job.
Thanks-----Brian and Kathy
We had such a wonderful visit here -
so nice that we are going to cancel our Mexico trip and
return to the tranquility of your lovely ranch. We
all appreciated your tour of the property and you
sharing your love and commitment to such a beautiful
place. I once had a friend tell me that all of our
life experiences are what the tapestry of our lives are
made of. I felt this weekend full of enriching
soft moments that nurture my soul. We will return
- hopefully many, many times.
Thanks so much, Sue Paul and Chad and
Katie
Dear
Lidia and Stephen,
Thank you so much for a wonderful
vacation we had staying at your most beautiful
property. We both just loved it! And Lidia,
thanks again for the two great tours - my parents are
still talking about it - and Chucks trip was made when
he saw those little black bear cubs! Chucks second
favorite thing was feeding Joe (we named the gray
horse :-) some carrots.
And to top off our great stay---we
were greeted by Oliver the Cat (we Loved that cat!)
He slept in our bed a couple of nights - between
us...our own cat does that too. Now we just have
to have a cat like that - we have been searching our
local breeders for a Birman - no one seems to have one
right now - (we will keep looking). If you should
know a breeder - let us know.
Thank-you again.
ps: Lidia-Thank you for the
soup. It was great!

We had such a great time just loafing
around and doing nothing!! My father and I fished
until our hearts content while everyone else picked
blackberries, went for walks, explored and did much
more. Saw a bear, elk, lots of birds, deer, frogs,
snakes, sheep, rabbits, horses and more. Went on a
jet boat and had a fabulous time. Thank you Lidia.
Beautiful wreath (Nina). Also, the tour of the
ranch was just beauteous. Thank you very much for
such a great time. We will be back.
Thanks

Dan
Words cannot express how much we
enjoyed your place - not only inside, but
"outside" as well. Thank you for sharing
your precious world with us - What a dream and vision
you have created - and much to follow. Your love,
dedication and hard work is so apparent.
May all the natural wonders remain
plentiful and giving to you as you are to them.
With much respect and gratitude, -------Linda, Mark and
Mike
What a wonderful house, wonderful
people and wonderful landscape. After a dizzying
drive down the Rogue River from Grants Pass, the
tranquil ranch has charmed us all. The house is
furnished with exquisite taste with every need
anticipated and provided for. We've spotted
bobcat, snakes and crayfish, listened to the bullfrog
chorus and stared astonished at the equally startled
elk. Six year old Michael has braved the river
rapids, dammed the creek, tracked elk and held a
days-old lamb. We wish the Donnelly's every
success and look forward to a return visit and more
adventures to record in this book. Thank you.
Frank, Linda, and Michael
Serendipity!!!! We had expected
something special but this is beyond our wildest dreams.
the house gives us the warm feeling of visiting with a
friend - so beautiful, comfortable and convenient.
The scenery is truly awe-inspiring - the mist over the
magnificent evergreens is such a peaceful way to start
the day. As we look through the window the
beautiful flowers bring joy to the heart. such
wonderful walking areas - feeling the fish was great fun
- the deer standing so still in the meadow while
watching every move we made - the frogs croaking and
jumping in the water - the many types of birds - truly a
wonderful place away from all the cares of the world.
Thank you and God bless you and yours
Clara, Dale, and Sue
