Winter Springs Ranch is eager to introduce the Grand Meadow Lodge which, in conjunction with your stay at one or more of our luxurious guest houses can serve as a meeting room, conference facility or comfortable space for your group to come together. 

In addition to the many outdoor areas for your group to enjoy the great outdoors, the new Lodge offers a beautiful location with spectacular sweeping views of the ranch and the Rogue River Valley, a full kitchen available for your use, plush furnishings for easy relaxation. 

Looking down from the Grand Meadow Lodge onto the Rogue River View House and the Winter Springs Ranch GuesthouseWinter Springs Ranch can comfortably accommodate up to 26 people in three homes with a total of nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The Rogue River View House has three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full) and a TV room with a queen size sofa sleeper. It has a hot tub on the deck and incredible mountain and river views in every direction! The home also boasts of a fireplace, laundry facilities, satellite television, uniquely styled kitchen, and is fully fenced for those who choose to bring their pets.

Looking down on the Guest Houses from the Grand Meadow Lodge, Winter Springs Ranch.The Winter Springs Ranch GuestHouse is by far our most romantic, gracious, and luxurious home. From the moment you enter this luxurious two-bedroom three-bath home, the grandeur surrounds you with it’s floor to ceiling wall of windows, granite and hardwood floors, white cedar walls, and oversized glass doors which invite the outdoors in! It also boasts of custom roman baths, a fireplace, and a state-of-the-art hot tub tucked away in the incredible landscaping. The home also offers laundry facilities, satellite television, CD player, nicely equipped gourmet kitchen, and more!

The Overlook House is one of our most gracious homes and appeals to the family looking for modern amenities.  The master bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower with two shower heads, and an oversized soaking tub.  From the very large master bedroom, step onto the two tiered deck with outdoor furniture and a hot tub.  Within the master suite is a king bed and another smaller bedroom to be used as a private retreat or for additional sleeping space.  The second bedroom is very large and easily accommodates a queen bed and a fold-down Murphy queen bed. 

The main living space in this three bedroom/two bath home is very large and features a wood burning stove, large television with satellite service, and an oversized kitchen with seating space for 10+.  The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, an ultra quiet dishwasher, an island and a fully equipped laundry/storage room.
