- We accept checks, Master Card and Visa.
- Above listed rates are per day and per week (day/week).
- Major Holiday periods including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are charged at Summer Rates.
- Our Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on up to six-person occupancy. Extra persons are $20-$25 per person per night or $140-$175 per week.
- During some parts of the year, Pacific Breeze and Whales Watch qualify for a special one couple only rate. Please inquire.
- All of our homes are pet friendly. A $50 per pet fee is charged to cover additional cleaning required. See pet policy.
- Oregon State Bed Tax of 1% will be added to the above prices
- The cleaning fee for all the homes is $85.00 Brigadune is $100.00 (The Pacific Breeze, is $100 - $150.)
- A $300 security deposit plus the amount for the first night stay is due at the time of booking and will be returned after your stay unless additional charges are incurred to cover damage to the property.
All of our homes have satellite or cable TV's, DVD players, answering machines, direct dial telephones, ( Pacific Sunset, Land's End, Pacific Breeze and Whales Watch have free long distance calling), fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, linens, towels, and large deck/patio areas with outdoor furniture. All except Pacific Breeze have HotSpring brand spas. All receive all of our amenities, all have access to the beach, and to Winter Springs Ranch. Smoking is permitted outside of our homes but not inside - please. Five of our homes have free internet connections (Pacific Breeze, Whales Watch, Pacific Sunset - Wi-Fi, Land's End and Beach House at Spirit Cove - cable Hi-Speed Internet Connection.)
During some parts of the year, Pacific Breeze, Brigadune, and Whales Watch qualifies for a special “Couples Only” rate. Please inquire.
Whales Watch Beach House is pet friendly. Brigadune will consider small pets only on pre-approval basis - $50.00 per pet, per visit.
