 The
Otter Place is nestled on the Rogue River
Estuary near the magnificent Patterson Memorial Bridge.
It is privately
situated on a small acreage in a waterside setting with
it's own dock and access to the waterways of the Rogue
River.
The private dock can be accessed from the home by
following a pleasant trail through the myrtle grove; and
from the water from the Gold Beach boat basin. The
dock is situated in tidal waters so your craft may not
be able to enter the waterways all day, every day.
Enjoy the river otters as they
playfully romp along the shore. Or just experience
the peace and serenity of a quiet morning alongside the
salt water estuary which is the natural home to many
different animals. Watch the birds
glide over the gentle swells as the seals sun themselves
on the nearby jetties and sandbars. And for the
fishermen in your family, enjoy immediate access to the
Rogue River waterways and a private dock to moor your
small fishing vessel (check the local tide books for
access times). All this can be
yours on your next trip to Gold Beach!
 The
Otter Place is a comfortable two bedroom one bath home with a deck
and oversized windows overlooking the Rogue River
Estuary.
This home is a more subdued version of Lidia's luxurious
homes but, as with all of her homes, it is in a
spectacular setting and is graciously appointed.
It features a new state-of-the-art three person HotSpring Spa,
satellite television, comfortable furnishings, and basic
supplies including all linens. This home can
easily sleep four+ adults and is perfect for the family
traveling on a budget. This is the best way to
experience Lidia's famous hospitality and is a great
value!
