EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Winter Springs Ranch Guesthouse is
located on the Winter Springs Ranch, which is a scenic
10 mile drive up the north bank of the Rogue River from
Gold Beach, Oregon.
The Ranch Guesthouse offers immediate
access to natural beauty, a level of accommodation that
is best described as private, comfortable and pleasing,
and hospitality that spoils you with personal attention,
yet is never intrusive.
Rates range from $160 to $200
per day, depending on the season. The Guesthouse
sleeps 4-6 adults, is elegantly decorated, includes a
fireplace, a HotSpring Spa, TV, satellite receiver, CD
Player, direct dial telephones, barbeque, Cuisine Art,
laundry room and supplies, all linens, towels, and terry
cloth robes.
Special Occasion packages (weddings,
etc.) are available. Activities right on the ranch
include hiking, biking, fishing, barbequing, wildlife
and bird watching.
