THE GRAND MEADOW LODGE ON WINTER SPRINGS RANCH
Gold Beach Oregon.
2002-2007
The Grand Meadow Lodge was constructed
using insulated concrete walls and a stucco exterior
finish. It is complemented by custom myrtlewood
trim throughout, Pella windows, glass block accents, and
a unique bridge with floor-to-ceiling windows connecting
the master bedroom (separate structure with its own heat
pump and hot water heater) to the Lodge. A
dry riverbed runs beneath the bridge.
Features: Two Kitchens -
Bamboo flooring, Custom Bamboo Cabinets, Granite
Countertops, Custom Island with Wolf Cooktop, Two 36"
Dacor Convection Ovens, Two LG Dishwashers, Sub Zero
Refrigerator, LG Refrigerator, Two double-sinks,
Tankless Hot Water Heater
Large Great Room with Rumsfeld Fireplace
accented with river rock, granite hearth, and a custom
myrtlewood mantle. Two double glass french doors
and two single glass french doors open onto large patio
overlooking amazing river views. One more single
glass french door opens onto driveway for easy access to
kitchen. Windows overlooking driveway contain
blinds between the panes. Large Myrtlewood custom
serving island with granite countertop. Enhanced
lighting fixtures. Brazilian slate tile with
under-floor heating.
Large master bedroom features custom
myrtlewood flooring (cut from Winter Springs Ranch
forest), custom myrtlewood double door, curved glass
block master closet, large bay window overlooking
incredible view, and private entrance - single glass
french door. Master bathroom features large tile
shower with seat and steam feature, oversized soaking
tub, tile flooring, honed slate tile countertops and
bath trim, and bidet.
Second bedroom features bamboo flooring,
private entrance, extra windows with wonderful light and
exposure.
Large second bathroom features custom
tile shower with one river rock wall (back of fireplace)
containing shower controls, and a custom bench.
One-of-a-kind vanity with granite countertop, tile
flooring, custom glass accents, and tankless hot water
heater.
Third bathroom features handicap toilet
and corner sink, brazilian slate flooring.
